After an initial evaluation in which time is spent discussing the issues that are troubling you the most, an individualized treatment plan will be discussed.
Therapy can be helpful in figuring out how to cope with problematic thoughts, and also serves as a way to overcome the issues that seem to interfere with daily functioning. Therapy can be as short as a few sessions to several months or years, depending on an individual’s needs and goals.
